Hi, I'm Nick — a freelance developer based in Europe, working remotely (CET). I build web applications and AI integrations for small businesses and startups: React front-ends, .NET backends, and AI agents that actually earn their keep.
I'm Microsoft certified, and these days I work as a Microsoft vendor on the Azure platform itself — the backend code that runs it, and the AI being integrated into it. The same patterns I help ship inside the platform (agents, retrieval, copilots) are the ones I bring to client work, sized for teams without a platform budget.
Software isn't done when it demos well; it's done when it runs quietly for years. That's why I care as much about hosting bills, monitoring, and handover documentation as I do about clean interfaces.
