What I can build for you
Three ways I help small businesses and startups — always with a fixed scope, a visible staging link, and no jargon.
Web application development
From a blank page to a working product: React front-ends on ASP.NET Core backends, deployed to Azure. You get something your customers can use — not a prototype that needs "one more phase".
- Customer portals, dashboards, and internal tools
- ASP.NET Core APIs and third-party integrations
- Booking, quoting, and checkout flows
- Azure hosting, CI/CD, and monitoring set up properly
AI, agents & copilots
AI that does a job, grounded in your own data. I build agents on Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry) and Claude, wire them into your systems, and tell you honestly when AI is the wrong tool.
- Microsoft Foundry agents grounded in your documents and data
- Claude integrations — Agent SDK, custom skills, MCP servers
- RAG search over company knowledge with Azure AI Search
- Document processing and workflow automation
Care, rescue & modernisation
For products that already exist but hurt: slow pages, fragile deploys, a legacy .NET codebase nobody dares touch. I diagnose, fix, and leave things maintainable.
- Migrating legacy .NET Framework apps to modern .NET on Azure
- Performance audits and Core Web Vitals fixes
- Bug-fix and small-feature retainers
- Hosting and infrastructure cost cleanups
How we'll work together
- 01
Intro call
A free 30-minute conversation about your idea or problem. You leave with an honest read on whether it is worth building — even if the answer is "not yet".
- 02
Fixed-scope proposal
I write a plain-language walkthrough of the first version: what it does, what it costs, and when it ships. One price, no hourly meter running.
- 03
Build in the open
You get a staging link in week one and every week after. Progress is something you click, not a status report.
- 04
Launch & support
We ship the first version when it does its job well, then improve it based on what real users do. Support retainers available.
Tools I reach for
A proven core — .NET and Azure on the back, React on the front — chosen so your product is fast, easy to run, and cheap to host long after launch.
Common questions
How do you charge?
Scoped projects are fixed-price: you know the number before we start. Ongoing work and retainers are billed at a simple day rate. No surprises either way.
How long does a typical project take?
Most first versions ship in 3–8 weeks depending on scope. The proposal includes a real timeline, and the weekly staging link keeps it honest.
What technologies do you work with?
Primarily .NET and Azure — that's where I'm certified and where I spend my days (currently as a Microsoft vendor working on the backend of the Azure platform itself, and on the AI being integrated into it). But I'm not locked to one vendor: I've shipped production work in other stacks including Java, front-ends are React, and on the AI side I work with both Azure OpenAI and Anthropic's Claude, depending on the job.
Can you work with our existing team or codebase?
Yes. I regularly join existing projects for rescues, audits, or extra capacity — I adapt to your conventions rather than rewriting everything.
